CLEVELAND – The Jones College Bobcats finished seventh in the Derrall Foreman Invitational here Tuesday at the Cleveland Country Club.
Jones shot 296-293-303 – 892 in the 54-hole tournament. The only other junior college team in the event was Meridian, who posted an 878.

Drew Groscost (Lewisburg) made the All-Tournament Team. Groscost shot a 69-71-72 – 212, which tied him for fourth at 4-under par.
Sebastian Nowak (Germany) shot a 72-72-75 – 219 to finish 16th.
Josh Tombs (England) posted an 82-75-77 – 234 and
Connor Phillips (East Central) had an 80-75-79 – 234.
Walker Hall (Wayne Academy) shot 75-80-82 – 237.
Jacob Peetoom of Arkansas Tech was tournament medalist with a 70-70-65 – 205, 11-under par. That was a shot better than his teammate, Tobey Kim, who had a 206.
Arkansas Tech won the tournament with an 837, 27-under. Mississippi College was second at 864, even-par.
The event was hosted by Delta State University.
The Bobcats will compete next in the Lou Hart Invitational March 24-25 at Northwood Country Club in Meridian.
