Established November 2023.

The purpose of The Foundation is to support and enhance the athletic programs and facilities at Jones College, including educational enhancement. The Foundation shall engage in fundraising, community outreach and other initiatives to promote excellence in sports, foster student-athlete development, and provide world-class athletic experience for the college community. The Foundation shall also provide such other support of the athletic programs of the college as the Board (or the Executive Committee of the Board) may from time to time determine in its discretion; and to operate, carry out and provide funds for all other programs, activities, and endeavors for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law.
