ELLISVILLE – For a sixth consecutive year, Jones College will host the NJCAA Region 23 Women's Tennis Championships on its home courts.

The championship is set for April 9-11. 

The Bobcats captured their sixth straight undefeated MACCC Championship to earn hosting rights. The men won their fifth consecutive and will host their region tournament April 16-18.

Qualifying teams for the tournament are Jones, Gulf Coast, Meridian, Northwest, Hinds, Copiah-Lincoln, Southwest and East Central.

Play opens at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, with the championship match set for Saturday at 10 a.m.
