Box Score TYLER, Texas – The Jones College Bobcats finished 12th here in the NJCAA Division I Women's Tennis Tournament.
Jones picked up 15 point and tied Gulf Coast for 12th. Meridian finished 18th with nine points and East Central was 20th with 8.5 points.
Hillsborough College (Florida) won the championship with 46 points, Cowley College (Kansas) was second with 43 points and host Tyler Junior College was third with 38 points.

Guadalupe Tocci (Argentina) defeated Emma Sanchez of Eastern Florida 6-4, 6-4 and
Daniela Tovar (Venezuela) beat Sydney Cohen of Coastal Alabama-South, 6-4, 6-2 in No. 2 singles.
Maggie Savell (Clinton Christian Academy) beat Taylor Wasson of Mesa (Arizona) 6-2, 6-0 in No. 3 singles and
Allie Johnson (Hernando) downed Alison Azarak of Lewis and Clark Community College (Illinois) in No. 4 singles, 6-1, 6-2.
In No. 1 doubles, Tocci and Tovar defeated Mia Falconi and Bethany Lintner of Lake County (Illinois), 6-1, 6-1, and
Michaela Anderson (Tupelo) and
Reagan Salter (Lewisburg) defeated Milica Bogdonovic and Aubrey Hunter of Lewis and Clark, 6-0, 6-0 in No. 3 doubles. Johnson and Savell lost 2-6, 0-6 to Ainhoa Meili and Alnara Vegal Rodriguez of State College of Florida in No. 2 doubles.
On May 7, Anderson defeated Marti Doud of Mesa in No. 6 singles, 6-0, 6-0. Tocci fell in No. 1 singles to Ana Julissa De Mata of Meridian, 2-6, 7-6, 2-6. Tovar lost in No. 2 singles to Victoria Federova of Collin College (Texas), 0-6, 0-6. Savell fell to Ana Serrano of Seward County (Kansas) in No. 3 singles, 0-6, 0-6 and Johnson lost to Yeva Kramarova of Tyler in No. 4 singles, 1-6, 1-6.
Annalyn Housley (Nettleton) lost in No. 5 singles to Kyoka Ueno of St. Petersburg (Florida), 2-6, 4-6.
In No. 1 doubles, Tocci and Tovar lost 3-6, 0-6 to Jou Chen Chen and Nicole Dufour of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (Georgia). In No. 2 doubles, Johnson and Savell lost 7-9 to Gloria Barcaro and Sanchez of Eastern Florida. In No. 3 doubles, Salter and Anderson lost 1-6, 0-6 to Paula Cabrer and Rocio Martinez of Hillsborough. In No. 5 singles, Housley lost 7-9 to Natalia Vergara of Wallace State (Alabama).
On May 8, Anderson lost 0-6, 0-6 to Cabrer in No. 6 singles.
