MONROEVILLE, Alabama – The homestanding Coastal Alabama-Monroeville Eagles defeated Jones County 79-67 here Monday night.
Malik Henry (Terry) had 16 points, Mason Daniels (Atlanta, Georgia) had 14 and Winceton Edwards (Oak Grove) added 13 to lead the Bobcats. Henry and Daniels each had 4 rebounds.
Omar Steele (Laurel) had 9 points and 7 rebounds, while David McCoy (Meridian) had 8 points. David Gaines, Jr. (Wayne County) had 5 points and Terry Williams (Oxford) added 2 points.
The Bobcats are now 2-1.
JCJC will visit Itawamba for a 7 p.m. contest on Thursday.
