ELLISVILLE – There will be playoff soccer at Bobcat Soccer Field on Tuesday night.
The Jones County Junior College Lady Bobcats will host Holmes Community College at 7:15 p.m. in the opening round of the MACJC/Region 23 Tournament. JCJC is the No. 2 team from team from the South, while Holmes is the No. 3 team from the North.
The winner of the game will advance to the MACJC/Region 23 Tournament Oct. 31-Nov. 1 at Hinds Community College in Raymond.

Oak Grove freshman
Holly Pike has been in goal for most of the minutes this season for JCJC. She has allowed 14 goals and has 43 saves on the year.
London, England, freshman
Kelly Stubbington leads the Lady Bobcats and the state in scoring. She has 23 goals, five assists and 51 points.
Stone sophomore
Traci Monroe has 17 goals, three assists and 37 points, which is second in the state. South Jones sophomore
Dallas McKinnon has eight goals, six assists and 22 points, while Florence sophomore
Lindy Tabor has seven goals, five assists and 19 points.
Presbyterian Christian School sophomore
Kelsey Hannaford has two goals, eight assists and 12 points, while Laurel Christian School freshman
Marcie Napier has four goals, four assists and 12 points. South Jones sophomore
Ashtyn Rowell has three goals, five assists and 11 points and Florence sophomore
Ali Sullivan has one goal, eight assists and 10 points.
The Lady Bobcats have outscored their opponents 80-16 this season.
Holmes is 8-6-1 on the year.
The Lady Bulldogs are led by Kylee Laird, who has eight goals, three assists and 19 points, while Micaela Robinson has eight goals and 16 points.
In another matchup on Tuesday, East Central will host Meridian. Pearl River and Hinds are the division champions and have earned byes to the MACJC/Region 23 Tournament semifinals.
