KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches has announced the association's 2025 Men's and Women's Scholar All-America Teams, including the Scholar Players of the Year, for all levels of college soccer.
Sherline King's 4.0 grade point average in psychology has earned her first team scholar all-american honors, a sixth consecutive year for a Jones player to earn the accolade.
King was the only selection from the MACCC and adds to her collection of honors this offseason, including MACCC Player of the Year, United Soccer Coaches Division II Player of the Year and both United Soccer Coaches and NJCAA All-American honors.
The Panama City, Panama, native scored a single-season school record 29 goals this season, eight of them game-winners, and set a new career record at Jones with an incredible 54 goals in her two seasons.
Student-athletes on this year's Scholar All-America Teams will be formally acknowledged for their accomplishments on the field and in the classroom at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pa., in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
