CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Jones College men's soccer will open the 2026 season ranked No. 7 in the NJCAA Division II Men's Soccer Preseason Poll.

The Bobcats enter the new campaign following a 2025 season in which they posted a 16-3-3 record and made another appearance in the NJCAA Division II National Tournament.

Brendan Connolly is in his 11th season as Jones College's head men's soccer coach, and during that span, Connolly has managed Jones to a 120-42-12 (.724) record and won all six of the program's MACCC Championships in the past eight years. He's also led the Bobcats to NJCAA Division II Tournament appearances in 2025, 2022 and the spring 2021 season.

Jones is one of three (MACCC) programs ranked in the preseason top 20, joining No. 10 Pearl River and No. 16 Hinds.

The Bobcats open the season Friday August 21st on the road against Southern Union State.
