It marks 11 straight seasons for a Bobcat to be named an NFCA All-American and gives Jones 34 all-time selections.

Andersen, a Wayne Academy sophomore, led the team with a .410 batting average and was 50-of-56 in stolen bases. The 50 bags led the MACCC and was seventh nationally. Andersen was NFCA All-South Region and was chosen All-MACCC Second Team.
The Bobcats ended the season with a 50-12 record and finished fourth in the NJCAA Division II World Series.
Half of the 20 teams who advanced to the NJCAA Division II World Series had players earn All-America status, including third-place finisher Murray State — the No. 1-ranked team early in the season — which earned a division-best six All-America selections, including all six on the first team.
The South had the most selections of the three NJCAA Division II regions with 20, followed by the Midwest with 13 and the East with three. There were 25 sophomores and 11 freshmen chosen.
NFCA All-Region and All-America athletes must be nominated by their NFCA-member head coach, are voted for by the coaches in their region, and ultimately selected by elected NJCAA Division II All-America committee members to receive this prestigious accolade.
