CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Three Jones College Bobcats have been selected 2026 NJCAA Division II Softball All-Americans.
Freshmen
Madison Sawyer,
Mabry Eason and
Mary Kimble Price were each named NJCAA Second Team All-Americans a week after receiving NFCA All-American honors.
Jones has had at least one NJCAA or NFCA All-American going back to 2012.
Saywer, a freshman from Saraland, Ala., went 20-3 with two saves and a 2.61 ERA in 145 innings pitched. She's the first 20-game winner for the Bobcats since 2019.
She had 134 strikeouts and teams had a .201 batting average against her. She was also named NFCA All-South Region, MACCC Pitcher of the Year and All-MACCC First Team.
Eason, a freshman from Oxford, batted .358 with 14 doubles, a team-leading 24 home runs and 65 RBIs. Eason was named NFCA All-South Region and All-MACCC First Team.
Price, a freshman from Kosciusko, batted .399 and led the team with 69 RBIs and 77 base hits. She had 18 home runs and 13 doubles and had a .977 fielding percentage. She was named NFCA All-South Region and was named All-MACCC First Team.
Jones finished with a 50-12 record and was fourth in the NJCAA Division II World Series.
