FULTON – Tenth-ranked Jones College had no issues with No. 15 Itawamba Wednesday afternoon, dropping the Indians 9-0.
The Bobcats stayed perfect on the year at 15-0 and improved to 8-0 in MACCC play. ICC fell to 4-4 and 4-3 in conference play.
Jones led 3-0 after doubles.

Jones won all six singles matches in straight sets.
Tovar won 6-0, 6-0 over Cheyenne Hughes at No. 3 singles and Housley won 6-0, 6-0 over Caitlyn Ard at No. 5 singles.
Tocci won a first-set tiebreak, 7-4, to win her match at No. 2 singles 7-6, 6-0.
Jones closes out MACCC play next Tuesday, hosting No. 25 East Central at 2 o'clock.
