NICEVILLE, Fla. – Second-ranked Northwest Florida State scored the game's first 12 points and never looked back in a wire-to-wire, 74-26 victory over Jones Saturday afternoon.
The Raiders stayed unbeaten at 12-0 while Jones fell to 2-5.
NWF held Jones to nine total field goals and its lowest point total in the shot clock era.
NWF led 24-6 after one quarter and by 26 points at the half. The lead reached as high as 51 points.
The Raiders would shoot 51 percent for the day against 21 percent for the Bobcats.
Ten different Raiders scored, led by Nevaeh Scott's 14.
Aasia Wilson had seven to lead JC.
Jones hosts Delgado Monday at 5:30 and No. 18 Trinity Valley Saturday at 4 p.m.
