Dalton Tanner (Northeast Jones) and
Drew Druckenmiller (Mobile, Alabama) were outstanding as they helped No. 11 Jones College sweep Copiah-Lincoln here Tuesday afternoon at Community Bank Park.
Tanner tossed a season-high 7.2 innings, giving up an unearned run, as the Bobcats won the opener, 11-1 in eight innings.
Druckenmiller fired his second straight, seven-inning complete-game shutout as Jones got the sweep in game two, 3-0.
The Bobcats are now 22-6 overall and 7-1 in the MACCC. Jones hosts Coahoma in a 2 p.m. doubleheader on Saturday.
The Wolves drop to 7-21 overall and 1-5 in the conference. Co-Lin travels to Northeast on Saturday.

Tanner allowed four hits, walked three and struck out four as he improved to 2-1.
The Bobcats took a 3-0 lead in the second inning when
Chase Honeycutt (DeSoto Central) drove in
Tristan Pearson (Biloxi) with a sacrifice fly to right.
Gatlin Sanders (Madison Central) then blasted a two-run home run over the right field wall scoring
Marquette Gibson (D'Iberville).
Luke Lycette (Northwest Rankin) and
Josh Cary (Petal) had RBI singles in the sixth as Jones took a 6-0 lead.
After the Wolves scored a run in the top of the eighth, Jones walked it off in the bottom of the eighth by scoring five runs. A bases-loaded, two-run double by
Jakob Wax (Prairieville, Louisiana) ended the game.
Francisco Elvira (West Jones) pitched to two batters in the top of the eighth and
Charlee Strickland (Northeast Jones) got what proved to be the final out for the Bobcats.
Gibson had three singles for Jones with Sanders getting a home run and a single. Wax and Lycette each had a double and a single. Cary,
Beau Bryans (Madison Central), Pearson and Honeycutt each had singles.
Hayden Babineaux had two singles for Co-Lin.
Starter Connor Pittman went 6.0 innings, allowed five earned runs, walked one, struck out five and got the loss.

Coming on the heels of an 11-strikeout shutout vs. Hinds, Druckenmiller was solid again for the Bobcats.
He allowed no runs, five hits, walked one and struck out five as he upped his record to 2-1. The Southern Miss signee has thrown 14.2 straight scoreless innings with 17 strikeouts and three walks during that stretch.
The Bobcats took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first when Cary and Gibson reached on infield hits to start the inning. Cary would score on a balk and Gibson would score on a passed ball.
Jones added a run in the fifth when Lycette was hit by a pitch and advanced to second and third on consecutive wild pitches. He would score on Gibson's sacrifice fly to right.
Jones was limited to only three hits – singles by Cary, Gibson and Sanders.
Co-Lin had five hits – three singles by Brentley Berry and two singles by Josh Boone.
Starter Conner Wilson went 3.1 innings and took the loss. He gave up two runs (none earned), three hits, walked three and struck out four. Andin Bolen pitched 0.2 innings and Coby Gollott pitched two innings and had four strikeouts.
