All-American Sherline King had three goals and two assists to lead Jones to a 2-0-1 record in the month of August.

Two of her three goals were game-winners against Northeast (Neb.) and vs. Schoolcraft College. Jones tied No. 3 Dallas-Brookhaven 1-1.
