Dashaun Jackson

Dashaun Jackson enters her first season as an assistant with the women's basketball program.

This is Jackson's first collegiate coaching job.

Her assistant coaching role will include being an academic coach, player mentor and player leadership builder.

Jackson was a player development coach for the AAU's Miami Suns in the EYBL most recently before coming to Jones.
 
Jackson graduated from Georgia College & State University in 2024 where she played in 57 games over two seasons and averaged 5.6 points and 6.2 per game and shot 47 percent from the floor. Prior to that, she played one year at Division II Young Harris College and four seasons at Division II St. Leo University.
 
The Miramar, Florida, native received bachelor's degrees in management (2021) and marketing (2022) and a masters in management information systems (2024).

Jackson went to high school at Miami Country Day in Miami Shores, Florida, where she was on the President's List, named Most Improved Player and won the Spartan Award. She also played AAU basketball during high school.
 
She joins Josiah Lee on Faulkner's staff and replaces Nique Cherry.
