Previous School: Played his freshman season at Holmes...hit .234 with four doubles, two home runs and 14 RBIs through 16 games before tearing his ACL...Academic All-MACCC selection.

High School: Played for head coach Andy Davis at Sumrall...Bobcats went 28-7 during his senior year...batted .420 with 12 doubles, four home runs and 47 RBIs...2022 MHSAA 4A State Champions...MHSAA 4A First Team All-State, First Team All-Region 7-4A and Pine Belt Sports All-Area Team...chosen for Mississippi Association of Coaches All-Star Game...student body president.

Personal: Son of Jacqueline and Casey Long...dad played baseball at Mississippi State...has two younger siblings, Hudson (17) and Tatum (10)...Atlanta Braves fan...studying pre-medicine...born December 18, 2004.
