High School: Played for head coach Jeremy Parker at Northeast Jones...helped the Tigers to a 26-5 record and second-round playoff berth last season...hit .356 with eight doubles, 24 RBIs and 28 runs scored...a .333 lifetime hitter in 72 career games with 11 doubles, 38 RBIs and 21 stolen bases...also 4-1 with a 2.16 ERA, a save and 50 strikeouts as a senior...selected for D.M. Howie Mississippi High School 3A-4A All-Star Game...first team all-district.
