High School: Played for head coach Mark Monaghan at DeSoto Central...helped the Jaguars to a 24-11 record and third round playoff appearance last season...hit .316 with eight doubles, a triple and 15 RBIs and was 3-1 on the mound with 54 strikeouts and a save...was 11-4 with a 2.27 ERA and 165 strikeouts over his high school career.

Personal: Son of Shonda French...has three siblings, Hunter, Maddie and Kirby...studying business...born May 19, 2004.
