Prior to Jones: Spent two seasons at Louisiana Tech...redshirted in 2022...appeared in 33 games in 2023 while making 11 starts at second base...slashed .240/.380/.321 (BA, SLG, OBP) while collecting 12 hits, including five for extra bases...had four doubles, a home run, seven RBIs and 10 runs scored...made Bulldog debut against BYU (2/18), getting the start and registering a single for his first collegiate hit...had a pinch-hit, two-run home run versus Northwestern (3/4).

High School: Played for head coach Daniel Best at Brandon...batted .450 in his senior season with four home runs, 15 doubles and 33 RBIs...District Player of the Year...All-Metro and 6A First Team All-State...participated in the North vs. South Mississippi All-Star Game.
