High School: Played for his dad, Drew, at Lamar Christian...2021 3A MAIS Pitcher of the Year...a five-time all-district selection in baseball and also a four-time all-district selection in basketball...2-0 with a 1.91 ERA and 95 strikeouts as a senior on the bump and he hit .366 at the plate with six doubles, 10 RBIs and 15 stolen bases...he posted a 1.40 ERA on the mound while striking out 20 batters and walking five in his three appearances in a COVID-19 shortened junior season...punched out 259 batters in 166 career innings.
