Essa Jadama's header off a set piece that sent No. 7 Jones to a 1-0 victory over National Park College Friday afternoon.
The Bobcats improved to 3-0 with a third clean sheet to start the year. They're outscoring opponents 10-0. NPC fell to 1-1.
Nighthawks keeper Joseph Jones finished with eight saves to keep the match deadlocked the opening 75.
Jones' best chance came in the 62nd minute when Jones stopped two shots from
Stanley Georgiou and one from
Sam Rogers.
The Bobcats broke through 14 minutes later when NPC was whistled for a yellow card and gave Jones a free kick.
Mario Novaku sent a great ball into the box where Jadama's diving header scored the eventual game-winner.
Jones out-shot NPC 12-5, including 9-2 on goal.
Logan Correro was only tested two times and stopped both shots.
NPC was whistled for 13 fouls and four yellow cards. Jones had three yellow cards.
