Mabry Eason homered three times and nine other Bobcats registered hits in Tuesday's sweep of Lansing (Mich.).
No. 3 Jones improved to 21-4 overall and dropped Lansing to 0-8.
Jones opens MACCC play on Friday, March 6 (was Saturday) at Northwest. First pitch of the doubleheader is set for 1 p.m.

Mary Kimble Price was 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs and
Laney Little blasted her fifth triple of the year in a game one victory.
Price's RBI-single in the first and
Annaston Tate's two-run single helped Jones jump out 3-0 after one.
Lansing got two back in the third on a wild pitch and RBI-single from Tommi Kleinschmidt.
Price's RBI-double scored
Chloe Jenkins after a leadoff single in the third to make it 4-2 Jones.
Just a 6-4 lead into the bottom of the sixth,
Laney Little singled and later scored on
Claire Andersen's infield single. Eason then hit a two-run homer to stretch the lead to 10-4 and that's where it would end.
Breelyn Cain went the distance in the circle to improve to 5-1, scattering three earned runs on seven hits with seven strikeouts and three walks.
Jones 8, Lansing 0 (5 inn.)
Eason homered to right-center in the first and left-center in the second and
Farrah James' bases-loaded walk in the fifth helped Jones walk it off.
Makynlee Dickerson made it 5-0 in the first on a two-run double and Andersen's infield single made it 6-0.
Lansing's lone hit came with two outs in the third.
Madison Sawyer (8-1) went 3.2 for the win and
Abigail Lindsey 1.1 hitless in relief.
