MOORHEAD – Jones fell behind by double figures six minutes into the first quarter and never threatened in an 83-48 road loss to surging Mississippi Delta.
The Trojans improved to 16-4, 5-4 MACCC while Jones dropped to 5-16, 2-7.
The Bobcats are still searching for their first road win since Nov. 13, 2023.
MDCC jumped ahead 17-6 late in the first quarter and lead 24-10 at the end of one.
That lead ballooned to 48-25 at the half.
MDCC's largest lead was 41 middle of the third quarter.
Larissa Hubbard posted her second straight double-double and third of the season with 11 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks.
Zharia Leflore added 11 points and
Raygan Faulkner nine.
Jones shot 41 percent from the floor, but turned it over 30 times that led to easy Trojan buckets.
The Bobcats host Northeast Monday night at 5:30 on Jack's Family Restaurant Night.
