JACKSON – Jones College's Brax Rials has been named the MACCC Goalkeeper of the Week.
 
Rials, a sophomore from East Rankin Academy, started and played the first half in a 5-0 win at East Mississippi to clinch Jones' sixth MACCC title in eight years. He stopped all three shots he faced to pick up the win.
 
It is the second time this season for Rials to receive the honor.

Rials is 10-1 on the year with eight combined shutouts and a .813 saves percentage.

Jones faces Itawamba on Nov. 5 in the Region 23 Semfinals at Freedom Ridge Park in Ridgeland.
