ELLISVILLE – Jones pushed its season-long win streak out to 10 matches on Monday and Tuesday with shutout victories over Meridian and Wallace State-Selma.
The Bobcats improved to 20-1 overall.
Against Meridian on Monday, Jones stayed unbeaten in six all-time meetings and is yet to drop a set in any of them.
Jones held Meridian to a dismal .010 hitting percentage and hit .364 as a team with only 10 errors.
Jensi Doise registered a match-high 12 kills, followed by
Harmony Jackson with eight. The Bobcats had 16 blocks, second-most in a match this year, with
Madolyn Mills having a team-high four.

Chelsea Daffin had seven digs apiece.
Jones needed just 58 minutes to dispatch the Patriots on Tuesday, winning 25-11, 25-7 and 25-7.
Riley Edwards had a career-high eight kills and Mills added four. Jones hit .321 as a team and held the Eagles to a negative percentage.
Claire Wicker had eight of Jones' 20 service aces.
