Sherline King registered her third straight brace and
Mary Grace Batson put the finishing touches on a 3-1 win over Co-Lin Friday at H.L. Stone Stadium.
Jones improved to 7-2, 3-2 MACCC and is unbeaten its last 25 against the Wolves. Co-Lin dropped to 1-3-3, 1-2-2.
Siobhan Scott gave Co-Lin a 1-0 lead in the 16th minute, using a cross in from Emmi Cook.
King got the equalizer in the 36th minute from
Marlie Jones.
King's second came in the 66th minute when she bent in a left-footed free kick from about 25 yards out.
Batson scored her third goal in four matches with a 78th minute goal that made it 3-1.
Jones out-shot Co-Lin 14-6 but just 5-3 on net.
Scarlette Roberts had a pair of saves and Olivia Conway three for the host Wolves.
Jones returns home Tuesday, Oct. 8 to host Southwest in a 5 o'clock kick.
