Former Bobcat Maycee Knight's two-run homer in the sixth pulled Holmes within 6-3.
The fifth of five Bulldog errors, a bases-loaded walk to
Lauren Lindsey and another Lewis RBI-single in Jones' half of the sixth made the final margin 9-3.

The Bobcats struck for five runs on just one hit in the third, coupled with a pair of Bulldog errors, and tacked on four more in the fourth to run away in game two.
