WESSON –
Ashton Campbell finished with a team-high 26 points, including scoring seven of Jones' 11 points in overtime, to help the 14th-ranked Bobcats hold off Co-Lin 90-87 Thursday night at Mullen Gymnasium.
Jones snapped a two-game skid to improve to 11-2 overall, 3-2 in the league. They've won 12 straight in Wesson. Co-Lin fell to 4-7, 1-2.
Jones led by as many as 16 late first half, but had to hold off a furious Co-Lin rally over the game's final four and a half minutes.

The Wolves then rattled off 12 of the next 14 points to send the game to overtime tied at 79. AJ Warnsley hit a pair of threes and Lerenzo Fort III hit two free throws to tie the game with two seconds left in regulation.
Kareeme Davis hit the back end of a two-shot foul to give Co-Lin a 80-79 lead in overtime before a pair of
Calvin Temple free throws put Jones ahead for good, 81-80.
Jabari Bowman briefly extended the lead to three with a layup but Co-Lin tied the game again at 85-85 at the 1:50 mark.
Campbell scored the next five to give JC a 90-87 lead and Jemario Hersey's game-tying three-pointer was no good just before the final buzzer for Co-Lin.
Behind Campbell's 26 points, Temple added 21 points and 10 boards for his first career double-double.
Caleb McGill added 14 and
Lovell Smith had nine.
Fort had 30 points to lead four Wolves in double figures.
Co-Lin shot 45 percent against 43 for Jones. The Bobcats owned a plus-10 rebounding edge.
