PERKINSTON – No. 19 Jones College remained unbeaten with a 5-4 victory over No. 18 Mississippi Gulf Coast here Saturday at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.
The Bobcats (9-0)nwill go to Meridian for a 2 p.m. match on Tuesday.
MGCCC (6-1) hosts Co-Lin on Monday.

The Jones women won two of the doubles' matches.
Danielle Viljoen (Jackson) and
Dixie Lei Hodges (Laurel Christian School) whipped Anna Stringer and Kaylen Bond in No. 2 doubles and
Brooke Chism (Pontotoc) and
Stori Endt (Vancleave) did the same to Tia Topps and Chasity Snyder in No. 3 doubles, 8-1.
Bella Chela (South Africa) and
Judith Mills (South Pontotoc) lost 6-8 to Krissy Georgieva and Noni Charlton in No. 1 doubles.
Viljoen rallied over Charlton in No. 2 singles, 3-6, 7-5, 12-10. Mills whipped Stringer in No. 3 singles, 6-2, 6-1, and Endt downed Snyder in No. 6 singles, 6-3, 6-3. Chela fell to Georgieva in No. 1 singles, 0-6, 1-6, Hodges lost to Bond in No. 4 singles, 1-6, 4-6, and Chism dropped a 3-6, 2-6 decision to Topps in No. 5 singles.
