Justis Casey had a hat-trick and added two assists,
Chris Dempsey scored a pair of goals and four other Bobcats found the back of the net in a 9-1 drubbing at Southwest Mississippi on Tuesday afternoon.
Jones improved to 3-2 overall, 1-1 in the south division, while Southwest fell to 0-3-1 and 0-1.
John Mark Rose and Casey scored in the game's opening 6:52 and the rout was on. The Bobcats led 4-1 at the break.
JC kept the pressure on the final 45 minutes, scoring five more times in the 50th, 55th, 74th, 79th and 84th minutes.
Dempsey scored two second half goals and
Itai Allen burried a penalty kick to make it 7-1 with just under 16 minutes to play.
The Bobcats fired 27 shots, 14 on goal.
Callum Harley had four saves and moved to 3-2 in goal.
Peyton Wilbanks played the final 20 minutes between the posts.
