Noel Monsalve, a sophomore from Venezuela, is this week's Bobcat Athlete of the Week.
Monsalve won the MACJC/Region 23 No. 2 singles title and will now participate in the NJCAA DivisionI Tournament May 13-17 in Tucson, Arizona.
