Grant Adam enters his second season with the Bobcats as an assistant coach where he works primarily with goalkeepers on both the men's and women's side.
Under his tutelage, Callum Harley was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-South Region Team, All-MACJC and All-Region 23 last season. Harley was third in the NJCAA in save percentage (.820) and eighth in total saves (109). Alexis Wilson and Sarah Sumrall combined for 12 wins, 112 saves and five shutouts on the women's side.
As a graduate assistant in 2018, Wilson posted a 14-3 record, 0.91 goals against average and seven shutouts, while Harley was an all-conference nod, 15-3-1 and led the MACJC in saves (109).
The Waveland native started two seasons between the posts at Pearl River, helping the Wildcats to back-to-back conference championships in 2014 and 2015. He was a two-time All-MACJC selection and NJCAA All-Region 23 as a sophomore.
Adam continued his playing career at William Carey and won consecutive GCAC regular season championships. As a junior, the Crusaders won the conference regular season and tournament championship and were No.1 in the NAIA wire to wire his senior season.
He received his bachelor of science in business from Carey in 2017.
