2024: Played and started in 15 matches...lone assist came in a 4-1 win over No. 17 Georgia Military...helped the Bobcats to eight shutouts from his midfield position...NJCAA All-Academic Third Team, Academic All-MACCC and two-time member of the school's academic honor roll.

High School: Played for head coach Stein Arve Lone at SK Brann Academy...started there when he was 12 years old and helped the team to three state championships.

Personal: Son of Arne and Linda Instebø...has three older siblings, Mari, Sander and Erlend...Manchester United supporter...used to also play ice hockey...studying business administration and management...born June 30, 2003.
