High School: Played for head coach Rahnmann Slocum at Southwind (Tenn.)...team was 7-5 and advanced to second round of 5A playoffs his senior year...rushed for 2,085 yards and 33 touchdowns last season...rated the No. 2 running back in Memphis and Top 5 in the state of Tennessee...first team all-state...Shelby Metro Offensive MVP...AutoZone Liberty Bowl High School All-Star Game MVP...rushed for over 5,000 yards and had over 65 touchdowns in two seasons...started his career at Raleigh-Egypt.
