Matt Reed scored a career-high four goals, two of them off penalty kicks, as No. 7 Jones whipped Northwest, 6-1, Tuesday night at the Bobcat Soccer Complex.
With the victory, Jones improved to 8-0 at home and returned to the top of the league table at 12-3-1, 7-1-1 MACCC.
Northwest fell to 4-10-2, 1-8 MACCC.
Reed's first goal came 4:19 in off his first PK but the Rangers would tie it at 1-1 four minutes later on a goal by Ariel Vallejo.
Jones then outscored Northwest 5-0 in the final 45 minutes, with
Lucas Ekfeldt netting a brace and Reed scoring three, second half goals.
The Bobcats outshot the Rangers 17-2.
