Leighton Jameson's 29th minute penalty kick put Jones on top 2-0 and the Bobcats would hold off a late rally from Co-Lin to run its road winning streak out to 11 matches.
Jones, 11-0, 8-0 in the MACCC, handed Co-Lin its first conference loss. The Wolves fell to 9-2-2.
The Bobcats can clinch their fourth conference title in five seasons with a win Friday night at home over Southwest Mississippi.
Denim Lombard scored off a rebound 4:28 in.
Yussef Hakmaoui's shot was stopped and Lombard was there to knock it in.

Yosvin Ramirez pulled Co-Lin within 2-1 in the 31st minute.
Samuel Hadley put the match out of reach in the 53rd minute. Hadley took a quick throw-in from Lombard and quickly beat the defense and keeper for his third goal of the year.
Tyler Harris had five saves to stay perfect in net. Leo Summers had six saves for Co-Lin.
The teams combined for 31 fouls and four cards.
The Bobcats host Southwest Oct. 21 and Hinds Oct. 25 to close out the regular season schedule. Jones needs to win at least one to host this year's Region 23/Gulf District Tournament.
