Lauren Lindsey's bases-loaded, two-out RBI-single down the right field line scored
Kristian Edwards as No. 2 Jones walked off No. 5 Itawamba, 2-1, in nine innings on Friday afternoon to advance to the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament Semifinals.

Kat Wallace. The Indians got a force out at the plate for the second out before Lindsey stepped up with a chance to win it.
Lindsey poked an 0-1 pitch down the line in right just outside the reach of a diving Connor Stevens to score Edwards to walk it off.
Both teams finished with six hits apiece.

After being swept in a doubleheader in Fulton to start conference play, Jones defeated Itawamba three times over the last week to end the Indians' season.
