WESSON – Yussef Hakmaoui and Leighton Jameson scored back-to-back in less than three minutes to lift No. 8 Jones to a 2-0 win at Co-Lin Tuesday night.

Jones closed the regular season with four consecutive wins to move to 11-3. Co-Lin ends its season 5-9-1.

The Bobcats will be the south's No. 3 seed and will travel to north No. 2 Hinds on Tuesday, Nov. 2 for a 6 p.m. kick.

Scoreless into the second half, Hakmaoui and Jameson both used Elean Fajardo assists to break the deadlock.

Jones dominated in possession, outshooting Co-Lin 24-5 and drawing nine corners to the Wolves' one.

Garrett Wise posted another clean sheet in net with five saves. Ben Parkinson had 10 for Co-Lin.
