ELLISVILLE – Mississippi Gulf Coast blanked Jones County 5-0 here Friday night at Bobcat Soccer Field.
The Bobcats fall to 1-2-1 overall and 0-1 in the MACJC South Division.
Jordan Hall scored at 3:09 and C.J. Smith followed with a goal at 13:51 as MGCCC took a 2-0 lead at halftime.
Hall added goals in the 55^th and 77^th minutes to give the Bulldogs a 4-0 lead. Smith's goal in the 81^st minute ended the scoring.
JCJC continues division play at Southwest with a 3 p.m. game on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs, 2-1 overall and 1-0 in division play, host Pearl River on Tuesday.
