DECATUR – The Jones County Junior College Bobcats had to go into overtime to grab a victory here Friday evening.
Jay Simpson scored on a corner kick that was served by Noah Billingsley in the 97^th minute to lift the Bobcats to a 1-0 victory over the East Central Community College Warriors.
Braxton Taylor played the entire game in goal for JCJC.
The Bobcats are now 5-4 and visit Meridian for a 7 p.m. game on Tuesday.
East Central, 4-8-1, hosts Hinds on Tuesday.
