Mary Kate Smith is this week's Lady Bobcat Athlete of the Week.
Smith, a sophomore from South Jones, had one goal and two assists as No. 11 JCJC defeated Itawamba 8-0 last week. She also played most of the game in JCJC's 5-0 win over East Central.
On the season, Smith is third in the MACJC in scoring with 27 points - nine goals and nine assists.
The Lady Bobcats are currently 8-1 on the season.
