Mason Irby. Irby, a freshman lefthanded hittng catcher from Southeast Lauderdale, was 7-of-13 with 5 doubles and 7 RBIs during the week. Irby had 2 doubles, a single and 4 RBIs in a 12-6 win over Itawamba on April 3. He was 2-for-3 with 2 doubles and 2 RBIs in a 6-5 loss to ICC. He was 2-for-4 with a double, single and 1 RBI in a 14-2 win over Mississippi Gulf Coast. The 10th-ranked Bobcats went 2-2 during the week.
