David McCoy, a 6-foot-1 sophomore guard from Meridian, is this week's Bobcat Athlete of the Week.
In an 81-68 win over Mississippi Gulf Coast, McCoy scored 18 points in only 20 minutes of play. He was 7-of-9 from the floor (4-of-5 from 3-point range), had three rebounds and one steal.
