James Estrada, a sophomore from St. Stanislaus, is this week's Bobcat Athlete of the Week.
Estrada defeated Joshua Maughan of Holmes in No. 4 singles, 6-2, 6-0, in the first round of the MACJC/Region 23 Tournament in Meridian before falling in the semifinals.
Estrada enjoyed a successful year for the Bobcats after transferring from Mississipi Gulf Coast.
