Tyler Spring, a sophomore from Stone High School, is this week's Bobcat Athlete of the Week.
Last week, Spring tossed 6.1 innings of two-hit baseball as No. 9 Jones County beat No. 17 East Central, 1-0. Spring walked two and struck out eight in the game.
Spring, a member of JCJC's 2016 national championship team, has verbally committed to Mississippi State University.
