Erick Hoard, a sophomore from Brandon High School, is this week's Bobcat Athlete of the Week.

He was 4-for-4 with two triples, a double, and a single in a 13-1 win over Southwest. He was 3-for-4 with a home run and two doubles in a 17-3 win over Southwest. He was 2-for-4 in a 12-7 win over No. 7 Itawamba and he was 1-2 with a home run and three RBIs in a 10-0 win over Itawamba. 

Hoard has signed with Southern Miss.
